1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phslot ("phslot," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phslot website located at phslot.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, completing the phslot registration process, using the phslot Login to access your account, or placing any wager on any game offered through phslot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Important: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on phslot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust,
or other legal entity;
- You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play;
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
- You have not previously been excluded from phslot or any other gaming platform operated by us or our affiliates;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phslot, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
Age Verification: phslot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where legally required.
phslot reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure.
3Account Registration
To access the full features of the phslot Platform, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to account registration:
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active phslot account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. phslot is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
- Account verification (KYC): phslot operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.
- Non-transferability: Your phslot account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
- Account currency: All phslot accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
phslot reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phslot Login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your phslot Login details with any other person, including family members;
- You must use a strong, unique password for your phslot account and update it regularly;
- You must notify phslot immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team;
- You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
- You must not access your phslot account from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without appropriate security measures.
phslot will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.
Two-Factor Authentication: phslot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. This feature is available in your account security settings after phslot Login.
5Deposits & Payments
phslot accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Philippine Peso (₱):
- E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya;
- Bank transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank;
- Debit card (where supported by your issuing bank).
The following payment methods are not accepted on phslot under any circumstances: credit cards (prohibited for gambling deposits under Philippine regulations) and cryptocurrency of any kind.
Additional deposit terms:
- Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the phslot deposit page and may vary by payment method;
- phslot does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
- Deposits are credited to your phslot account upon confirmation from the payment provider, which is typically near-instant for GCash and Maya;
- phslot reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source as part of our anti-money laundering obligations;
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance and used in wagers.
6Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- KYC completion: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests placed on hold;
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements;
- Processing times: phslot aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times;
- Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page within your phslot account;
- Bonus funds: Bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met;
- Withdrawal limits: Maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed in your account settings and may be adjusted subject to verification status.
phslot reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of security checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
7Bonuses & Promotions
phslot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phslot reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion;
- One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time;
- Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account;
- Abuse: phslot reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors;
- Changes: phslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the phslot Platform — including slots, live casino games, 3-Hand Casino Hold'em, Mines, Bingo, and all other titles — are governed by the following principles:
- Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes;
- Return to Player (RTP): Each game's theoretical RTP percentage is available in the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;
- Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, the affected round will be declared void and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be refunded. phslot's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final;

9Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phslot Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties;

- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;

phslot cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.
10Responsible Gaming
phslot is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phslot players:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;

11Intellectual Property
All content on the phslot Platform — including but not limited to the phslot brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phslot or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phslot content;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phslot content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
- Use phslot's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of phslot's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phslot.
12Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phslot's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phslot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phslot shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of data or corruption of data;
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond phslot's reasonable control;
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phslot's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Disclaimer: The phslot Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
13Amendments to These Terms
phslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by:
- Posting a notice on the phslot homepage or within your account dashboard;
- Sending a notification to the email address registered on your account; and/or
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phslot Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. phslot recommends checking this page each time you use the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.
14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phslot, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
phslot operates in alignment with PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
